另一間想試左好耐嘅餐廳,睇佢個店名都知佢咩料喇,牛扒同酒,地點都幾近港鐵站,大大個字好易搵,入內係全高枱,單邊大大個雪櫃放飲品,大部份都係來自世界各地嘅啤酒,見到佢有法國嘅 cider ,食野之前飲返杯先佢除左餐牌上面有嘅野,佢廚房上面有幾塊黑板寫左有啲咩特別嘅牛(同埋駝鳥扒),見佢個價其實都唔算貴,於是就叫左個 "Butcher Special” 嘅 Bone In Ribeye 20安士 五成熟,跟住問題就嚟喇。廚大哥喺冰格拎塊牛出嚟連包裝沖水解凍,跟住就直接放落個 grill 度,跟住就用個 grill press 壓住佢,好大嘅白煙,加埋出嚟見到塊扒入面嘅顏色,已經有啲唔係好開心。 同埋佢出埋grill press ,塊扒都係無乜grill mark, 加埋 佢隻金屬碟係凍嘅,上枱之後好快塊扒已經凍晒同出晒油。 以一間以牛扒做招牌嘅餐廳,仲有咁多好評,係覺得有啲出奇。不過,見好多其他食評啲相就唔係咁嘅,可能果日咁啱失手。另外,佢嘅20安士牛,係大而薄,而唔係一般 steak house 咁厚切配菜方面,沙律係正常,薯條上枱嘅時候已經唔熱喇,反而佢個菜,係全晚最好食,好香,夠熱,

配菜方面,沙律係正常,薯條上枱嘅時候已經唔熱喇,反而佢個菜,係全晚最好食,好香,夠熱,又唔會 overcook 。
