To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前在時代廣場10樓食飯時,看見一食肆叫做"鴨大哥",今晚決定一試。三人吃飯,點了片皮鴨,啫啫斑腩豬潤煲,龍蝦粉絲煲; 不夠十五分鐘,已全部上菜完畢,已心知不妙; 先說片皮鴨,皮不太脆,肉似用水白灼,無鴨味,不知是否這緣故,故有提供鴨油。龍蝦粉絲煲,蝦肉不新鲜,太削。啫啫斑腩豬潤煲,是最好的一個小菜,斑腩肉嫩,唯豬潤有小小過火,但整體味道不錯。講完食物,再說服務,我從未試過剛剛吃完,在與家人喝茶閒談時,突然遞上單據要埋單,最大問題時,當時為晚上8時,又不是要關門,外面亦沒有客人等位,餐廳内亦有很多吉位,真不知為何要趕客 ; 三人吃飯埋單八佰多元,性價比不值,此餐廳真的休想我再光顧。
