To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

真係好失望，一心見到三哥出新野，即刻突登嚟試佢個撈薯粉，事關本人收工收得夜，去到三哥已經差唔多9點，而個陣已經好肚餓，一諗好即刻企係Cashier ready叫外賣，然而我企左係到成5分鐘都未有人諗住行過嚟，叫員工幫手落一落單都完全冇理我，去到我後面排晒長龍先真係落到order。然後我9:03p.m.終於落到單，而仲要等左成20分鐘先拎到外賣，等咁耐都算，但貴公司員工完全冇安排冇通知我哋一堆客人齋等，都算。去到十點鐘終於返到屋企，打開個外賣食左幾啖撈薯粉諗緊點解冇味之際，睇返個Post先發現原來係有三酸汁，等左咁耐食左一個完全冇味嘅薯粉，真係極度不良嘅體驗，然後另外一碗叫左走韭菜亦冇走到，尖椒皮蛋都變變地味，打左過去員工冇歉意話最多只能賠償一碗粉，想講貴公司一路出新菜式係好事，但員工同管理上真係好大問題，食物品質亦好重要，作為十多年貴公司嘅忠實客戶，今次體驗真係令我以後唔會再食
