To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 點了幾個菜:醬大蝦,脆皮肉,煎蠔仔,楊枝甘露。最離譜是脆皮肉端上來量少得可憐,而且竟然是溫溫的!煎蠔仔油膩得難以下口,裡面放太多麵粉。哦還有個腐皮煮番茄,明明點的是豆腐野菜,因為帶朋友吃,吃之前還強調是很好的粵菜,到買單時才發現不是一個東西,腐皮煮番茄還口感過甜,裡面放了一些菇。大蝦和楊枝甘露平平,沒什麼特別的地方。菜的質素很失望。吃了回家後吐了,不知道是不是脆皮燒肉不新鮮還是什麼原因。服務倒是不錯,不停有人及時收盤子。
