To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去深水埗買電腦用品,行咗成個鐘好攰啦就搵吓嘢食啦。其實深水埗真係多咗好多嘢食,但仲係好掛住以前食過嘅點心店,真係越嚟越出名,係深水埗行過去都差唔多四五個字。可能夜晚嘅關係,人又唔多,好快就入得去,好掛住個雪山叉燒包,叉燒包依舊熱辣辣好好味道,呢個叉燒包真係保持到水準。其他點心都嚟到,不過我覺得蝦餃同燒賣就大不如前啊,唔單止冇味到,而且好肥膩。賽螃蟹春卷都幾好食,脆脆嘅春卷,點解我上次冇食到嘅。不過最令我失望嘅都係嗰個糯米雞,味道差左好多而且入邊啲料好唔足,好多糯米飯。滿心歡喜咁行過嚟,食點知餐廳食物差咗咁多,我諗今次係我最後一次食添好運了。
