To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🤔見未試過就入去試吓，門面裝修算不過不失，但落完一個普通嘅早餐，餐跟嘅一塊牛油厚吐司要等半個鐘先齊，仲要係要主動追單先有人處理，如果唔係唔會有人跟進，其他食客見到啱啱落單嘅客人都有厚吐司，我哋落咗咁耐單嘅仲等緊，一齊反映都冇用，原來d單唔係跟落單時間先落先出，真係有d問題，所以如果趕時間千祈唔好去食，食物味道一般，d餐具有d污糟，職員態度都唔係好，又落錯單，又送錯餐環境比較熱冇開冷氣，坐咗45分鐘終於有職員發現先開返，唔知道真係以為壞冷氣第一次去食真係有啲失望，應該冇下次
