To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟外國老闆食飯,早一個月就訂了位,因為之前食過幾次覺得D野食幾好味,裝潢又靚。本身滿心歡喜, 仲專登訂左隻北京填鴨,見D 食評講到幾好食就諗住一試,結果完全大失望!首先,黎到既時候都無咩客,7人但給了一張10人枱,有點太大,但鬆動點都OK,可以預留上菜位。我地坐好哂, 預留左位上菜, 點知staff堅持說要係外國老闆隔離上菜,跟staff商量可否改外國老闆隔一個位上菜(就是我地預留左上菜位), staff堅持話唔可以,堅持一定要係老闆隔離上菜,因為個個係上菜位,仲話介意既可以叫外國老闆坐第二個位。我地都直接同佢講, 張枱甘大, 其實只係改外國老闆隔一個位上菜, 根本冇任何影響, 點解唔可以? 又唔會影響到其他人.... 你無任何指示邊到係上菜位,亦無同我地講邊個位係,客人想坐邊就坐邊架啦,如果你明知個上菜位係邊,咁你帶位時就應該同我地講, 提醒客人邊到要上菜, 記得要留番個位,而且比起叫外國老闆轉位,改上菜位係咪彈性好多呀…..個staff本身態度已經唔係好,越講態度越差! 仲西我地面,一臉不耐煩唔理我地,其他staff 都只係企係隔離咩都唔理,我地都有同佢講, 甘你自己用英文同我老闆

仲西我地面,一臉不耐煩唔理我地,其他staff 都只係企係隔離咩都唔理,我地都有同佢講, 甘你自己用英文同我老闆講要佢起身轉位囉.....到上菜時,結果真係用番我地預留個位上菜 = =””甘請問一開始你地個 staff堅持D 乜野? 仲要為左喱個無謂堅持西口西面對客人, 真係連基本服務態度到冇....有D staff 仲求其揾位SIP就上 = =” , 甚至是但係兩個人中間就搵位SIP....完全同茶記冇分別...可能去翠華都會識同你講聲, 唔好意思, 借一借....

為左上菜位件事, 已經搞到大家有點不愉快。到我地問Staff 我地打左電話黎訂左隻北京填鴨,點知個Staff 完全唔知發生咩事, 仲問我地係咪而家要叫一隻... 要我地多番解釋先搞清楚我地係一早係電話到已經訂好左, 叫佢而家上菜。真係未食飯已經一肚氣....
到底喱間餐廳員工之間有冇溝通? 對於訂左位客人...一早預訂食物一D 都唔上心....

點菜係同一個staff 跟進,食到一半見有D 點心仲未上,問其他staff 先知原來漏單..... 我地落單個時, 其實只係12點15分左右...個場根本未旺...甘都可以漏單? 真係唔知如果係12:30 打後, 繁忙時間食飯D 人點算.....


揀聘珍樓係諗住食物比同區其他的好食,但每次再去食都覺得無咁新鮮同好食,今次既都係,燒豬D皮係淋,唔熱,叉燒都係唔熱同一睇就知唔新鮮…..食物質素下降,落單唔準,員工態度又唔好,對小事唔能夠彈性處理,對聘珍樓越來越失望。真係寧願行遠小小去APM 個邊食,至少唔會未食飯已經比Staff 激到一肚氣!
