To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 周日在中環嘆茶又唔想等位, 這兒可能是一個好選擇, 預早訂枱坐於vip房, 不用在外嘈吵飲茶老友最愛的鮮竹卷, 皮脆料多, 木耳爽口的感覺, 加上不油不膩的脆皮, 值得推介, xo醬炒蘿蔔糕, 標榜自家製作的蘿蔔糕, 粉多質硬, 臘味及蘿蔔欠奉, xo醬是只油多味淡, 外貌多於一切, 差! 蘿蔔絲酥餅的酥皮做得鬆化, 外層亦十足, 可惜蘿蔔饀的味道做得不好, 汁不夠吃落整體太乾身, 其他的傳統點心也不見出色, 如义燒包太乾身, 不論包身及饀料都是. 燒腩肉選肉的位置肥膏太少又不均勻, 皮是翻叮的脆, 不是即燒的水準, 蝦餃皮薄蝦鮮又大隻, 算是不錯的item, 招呼很好, 但是食物水準overall只是很很很一般, 不值一來
