To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和父母打算隨便去吃飯，食完大家都覺得浪費了一個晚上。我們點了一個孖寶和一個宵夜小菜。孖寶還算正常，但上菜速度極慢。來了孖寶的第一寶後，再來的魚就已經相隔了二十分鐘，我等愈等就愈肚餓。最誇張是小菜的翠塘豆腐，我們足足等了快一個小時，我們曾再三催過侍應，唯他們竟然反話我們遲落單要等下。最後翠塘豆腐來了，但豆腐非常鬆散，整個菜式入口完全似飲緊湯咁，非常難食。原來打算簡單吃完回家休息的晚飯我們足足吃了一個半小時。埋單時我們又餓又失望，下次再經過這間餐廳真係要三思三思。
