To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友話觀唐有好懷舊上海四川餐廳，見下午找地方食想起，就定過去試，地鐵站去都要行5-7分鐘，坐下都可以，不過杯同碗有丁點污糟，獅子頭客飯$60，份量粒丸真心少而且唔入味，勁失望，因為之前出面食開都偏大粒，但今次一粒仲要細不少回鍋肉客飯，最好味道的而且價錢最平$48，辣度都夠幾香，肉肥瘦都有，不過沒有豆腐乾有點失望炒鱔糊$96，芽菜勁但鱔就普通，醬汁有點杰身同咸，味道普通鍋站4件$48有點貴, follw APP就可送多2隻，感覺有點凍但味道幾好食，皮都軟熟帶凍…如沒有送多2隻真心唔抵食
