To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我想分享一下我喺年初一夜晚打邊爐嘅經歷。我地喺晚上9:25入座,可以食100分鐘,單上寫明離座時間為11:05。然而,喺我地用餐期間,buffet嘅食物似乎喺約10:20至10:25之間就已經被提前收走,汁醬都已經包好保鮮紙,甜品亦被收走。入座時並無收到buffet結束時間嘅提醒,令我地感到困惑。此外,我發現碗碟嘅清潔程度不如預期,整體來說,我對今次嘅經歷感到非常失望。另外,食完後第二天我肚唔舒服,雖然不確定係唔係同餐廳有關,但我都可能不會再考慮呢間餐廳。
