慶發飯店我已經幫襯左好多年,金生最鍾意呢度嘅排骨飯,早前曾經因為加租已被迫光榮結業,知道要結業後有點失樂,後來過左大約年零,佢又揾到新舖重操故業,從此我地又多返一個飲茶好去處,無論下晏或夜晚,想食就去食。今晚放學後又嚟到呢度飲夜茶,特別鍾意呢度夠快靚正,除左咖哩魷魚同牛柏葉係要即蒸外,好多點心都係即叫即有,呢度人流轉得幾快,佢會每樣點心蒸少少出嚟賣,所以唔駛擔心蒸過火而太淋太爛。呢度價錢算係咁啦,點心最平$13一款,最貴都係即叫即蒸嘅魷魚同牛栢葉$20,而盅頭飯都係$19/$20一個,茶錢$3,無加一,嘆返一盅兩件都唔駛$30,香港罕見,真係造福唔少市民。豉汁排骨飯係金生最愛,佢喺度食左10幾年,佢話由$12食到而家$19。只因喜歡佢嘅排骨骨肉均稱,唔肥唔瘦,又夠淋夠滑,啲飯蒸得岩岩好,香軟潤滑又粒粒分明,食前落一湯匙豉油就perfect。之前只會食豉汁排骨飯,所以今次都係第一次叫北菇滑雞飯,雞肉又係好香滑,飯裡隱約滲出北菇嘅香味,同排骨飯不相伯仲,簡簡單單嘅盅頭飯已經覺得好滿足。唔知點解硬係喜歡食呢度嘅咖哩魷魚,懷念呢種舊式酒樓先有嘅咖哩味道,即叫即蒸嘅魷魚,大大件但又夠爽口,好有口
