呢間嘢下午三點落場換下一更準備晚市 (期間鋪頭應該係有人keep住係度 唔係落閘收舖)我只係食慢咗啲3:02pm食完最後一啖出嚟 佢哋2:58pm就係咁對我大叫「我哋收工啦!我哋收工啦!」 最後我只係遲咗2分鐘走其實最後個10分鐘都就嚟食完 但佢大叫個幾下態度勁差,實際上我又無真係「阻住佢收工」 。幫襯過好多次,但呢次之後我會重新考慮仲會唔會再食 。

喺土瓜灣咁多年食足咁多年,去親飲茶一定揀佢,點心好好食,蝦餃燒賣牛柏葉叉燒包鳳爪全部都好好食。有啲酒樓茶室同雪藏點心有得比,呢間真係唔同,有時坐樓上,仲會睇到師傅手包點心。最鍾意嗰種新鮮出籠會嗌出嚟問大家要唔要嘅感覺,每次都覺得好熱鬧開心。

好耐冇嚟幫襯,今日嚟買例牌嘅排骨飯、潮州粉果、咸水角、雞扎,但除咗排骨飯之外,其餘點心嘅味道同用料都唔同咗以前鐘意嘅口味,潮州粉果餡料變咗不倫不類,咸水角啲皮又厚又韌。今日見唔到高佬坐鎮,唔知係咪因為換咗㕑,所以質素不及以前!以前高佬好有心整咸水角,我老婆特別鐘意食,係必點!潮州粉果係我自己由細到老嘅至愛,以前雖然餡料唔係百分百正宗,但亦都比得上一般酒樓水準,但今日食嘅就完全唔係嗰回事,非常之失望!

咁啱係前幾日玩得比較夜又有啲口痕
又唔想食老麥同串燒,就醒起依個飲夜茶地方!

講到飲夜茶、好自然我會諗起西環個邊。
難得九龍依邊都有得飲真係啱晒我!

依間飯店沒有冠冕堂皇裝修,係一間地道小店。
店內面積唔算大,大約有6張枱左右。
所有點心都係熱辣辣新鮮蒸好!個模式就好似唐記包點咁,order完就即刻係隔離坐低食。係食野期間都見到好多人買外賣🥡證明都有好多街坊支持。

🔹點心整體來講都可以,未去到話勁好食!但熱辣辣新鮮蒸出嚟而且係店內手造點心真係大大加分😊價錢定位都比較親民。

陽光充沛的中午,想找個地方吃吃現做點心(現在太多連鎖酒樓點心是交貨的),這間是在我「想去」而又未去過的名單之一。幸運地在附近找到錶位,唔洗泊街心掛掛。店舖有兩層,地下二樓各有幾張圓枱。菜單就這些,有時餐廳做得太雜未必是好事,因為好難每一類別都做得優秀。餐廳主供點心,沒有炒粉麵,合我心意。先說蒸點:蝦餃同燒賣最快到,水準正常,蝦餃皮薄,相比連鎖酒樓的好吃,但又不至於是喜出望外;排骨特別細碟,亦都切到好細粒,排骨好明顯不會過分用梳打和啤水,是實實在在的肉的質感。有些像家中自己蒸排骨,可能是用新鮮排骨?我不敢肯定。牛柏葉,超級推薦,又大碟,又好味,又唔會油淋淋。再說煎點:煎腸粉,同埋鮮蝦腐皮卷(忘記拍照)10分出色,即煎的,煎得很香,沒有多餘的油分,熱到辣咀。推介兩個人,6個點心,早午合併餐,才百多元。抵食。環境算係乾淨,沒有裝修的,街坊小店格局,姐姐親切,會再來。

先說蒸點:
蝦餃同燒賣最快到,水準正常,蝦餃皮薄,相比連鎖酒樓的好吃,但又不至於是喜出望外;
排骨特別細碟,亦都切到好細粒,排骨好明顯不會過分用梳打和啤水,是實實在在的肉的質感。有些像家中自己蒸排骨,可能是用新鮮排骨?我不敢肯定。
牛柏葉,超級推薦,又大碟,又好味,又唔會油淋淋。
再說煎點:
煎腸粉,同埋鮮蝦腐皮卷(忘記拍照)10分出色,即煎的,煎得很香,沒有多餘的油分,熱到辣咀。推介

兩個人,6個點心,早午合併餐,才百多元。抵食。
環境算係乾淨,沒有裝修的,街坊小店格局,姐姐親切,會再來。

你話超好食咩,咁就一定唔係你想好多樣野揀咩,咁又可能失望但係始終因為自己舖頭手做,質素穩定,同埋唔會好似攞工場果 D 點心咁樣 “死” 既至少我第一次試都覺得好 OK譬如蝦餃,一啖一個,蝦肉爽口,竹筍同肥肉有夠,想搵返傳統味道既人一定要點煎蝦米腸係有舊時酒樓車仔即煎既味道,同埋佢地 甜醬 同 麻醬 都 *無*溝*水*,剩係呢個就已經加分鳳爪唔會一 pat 軟瀨瀨咁樣,起碼夾起都仲有彈性,唔會甩皮甩骨而且因為做街坊生意,價錢好公道 $20-$30 一個點心
