To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

師傅將燒好的龍蝦端到我面前,那股鮮味湧入鼻腔刺激唾液不受控制了!再看那龍蝦膏掩沒了白裡透紅的龍蝦肉,這一刻真的忍不住我不客氣了!
附有滿滿膏香的龍蝦肉吃下先甘香後鮮甜肉質爽彈可口,而我更是首趟覺得比龍蝦鉗更加吸引呢!!

鮮氣降臨那會這麼快散呢!緊接來隻鐵板燒活加拿大蟹$1080/隻,這隻珍寶蟹外貌很像麵包蟹弄得我也錯認了喔!

師傅將珍寶蟹解體後將有膏的位置輕撲上粉然後便下板燒香,只用數顆鹽花來提味足見師傅對食材和自己的烹調技巧多有信心。

蟹膏呈金黃色很養眼吃下帶甘甜香味,但此蟹較著重滿滿鮮甜嫩口的肉質,入口梳梳的蟹肉滑嫩不已,而且滿滿的海水味充斥口腔鮮氣非凡,吃得我失儀哋吮晒手指呢!
