七月第四個星期一晚上,北角。每個月總有一天跟這群朋友吃飯,火鍋通常都是不二之選,其中一位建議在這家餐廳晚餐。空間挺大,從外面大大的金黃色龍椅,到裡面桌椅,色調,整個格局走明顯的宮廷風,到桌面介紹湯底,囍字由來的聖旨,友人還笑說看到聖旨要不要先下跪。所有湯底都以清朝的皇帝或是知名朝臣命名,我們愛吃辣,選了建寧公主麻辣卜卜蜆鍋。除了紅紅的辣油,想不到裡面的蜆非常多,而且肉大肥美。火鍋配料有香菜,蒜蓉粒,蔥花跟辣椒粒,不算很多但也很足夠。醬油以一個仿龍身的瓷器裝著,從龍嘴吐出來,挺可愛的。半熟牛筋,由於是半熟,所以不用煮很久已經可以吃,個人很愛吃牛筋,煮得剛剛好,軟嫩Q彈,而且大大一塊,滿滿的骨膠原口感足。手打黑松露野菌鮮蝦丸,蝦肉混合黑松露和各種菇菌類,所以顏色有別於一般蝦丸的白色,吃下菇菌香散發,彈牙度高。手打珍珠帶子墨魚丸,墨魚肉打得滑嫩柔韌,口感介乎墨魚丸跟墨魚滑之間,裡面還有一顆干貝,提升鮮香層次。蜂巢豆腐放進湯鍋中,吸了飽飽的麻辣湯,個人非常喜歡火鍋吃這個,惹味又軟嫩,比起普通的豆腐口感味道實在好太多。吃鍋點牛肉是必需的,極上手切牛肉宮廷拼盤裡面就有和牛,牛展,牛頸脊,安格斯,牛

黃金沙葛餃,頭一次認識沙葛這種東西,原來是一種非常高纖維的根莖類,有點像馬蹄一樣爽甜,拌以鹹蛋黃蓉,豐富水份中和鹹蛋黃本身的高鹹度,又保留適當鹹香,同時增加口感層次度,非常驚喜。

一頓宮廷火鍋,讓我們又期待一下過兩天的飯聚。
