晚餐來到中環一間港式優雅的點心茶館《福和雍》,茶館由名廚主理,主打傳統手藝製作精美點心。茶單上有多款精選茗茶選擇,我們選上了來自安徽省的香六安,淡淡的米蘭花香氣,滋味醇和,配上極具質感的藍白色瓷器,讓人能感受茶藝之美😍我們選了兩份套餐「福饍」和「和美」。套餐上一道又一道香味四溢的佳餚,配上本地彩繪名牌粵東磁廠製作的餐具,每一道都很精緻,讓人驚艷。開胃小前菜是非常下飯的辣酸菜😋小碟:麻辣牛肚, 紅油豬耳,虎皮尖椒, 醬爆茄子,菜脯煎蛋餅。主菜:紅燒獅子頭, 咖哩牛脷, 煎蓮藕夾,炸雞件。煮物:濃湯煮紅蘿蔔主食:芝麻絲苗白飯及閩南炒新竹米粉最後甜點是中式懷舊糕點「黑芝麻糕」,濃濃的芝麻味香,令人無法抗拒。「鳳凰單叢桂花糕」,桂花香氣清幽,消滯解膩。放工後能夠享受著頂級茶品,細細品嚐著最地道精緻的美食,片刻便能放鬆心情,感受生活中的寫意時光😊
