To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同美魔女舊同事到銅鑼灣，Shopping 完畢😮‍💨😮‍💨要一齊吃港女最愛的日本菜😻😹餃子豆腐鍋材料豐富，有豆腐、金菇、小棠菜、炸餃子🥟，湯底是濃濃的奶白湯，是甜甜的。午市套餐都幾抵吃，有很多小食可以追加， $100已經非常飽飽。牛油雞翼跟套餐叫只需加$9 ，雞翼炸皮脆卜卜，充滿牛油香氣，很抵吃！壽司🍣點了腐皮壽司、吞拿魚蓉壽司、帆立貝壽司🥰腐皮壽司甜甜的吞拿魚蓉和帆立貝壽司都很新鮮，不錯。赤貝刺身原隻的新鮮赤貝刺身外表呈橙紅色、帶光澤，食落肉質爽厚，鮮味十足😻連底下的紫蘇葉一起吃下，更有營養價值。我同美魔女同事都非常滿意這餐午飯，非常不錯。計劃下次再來吃晚飯，一樣性價比高，期待呢。
