To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 添好運 - 一間以即叫即蒸點心打響名堂的食店,分店愈開愈多,水準卻... 還是當初總店的味道最好! 雖然分店味道不及最初的總店,但點心仍是不錯的,而且坐得較舒服,所以今日兩口子去開奧海城有點事要辦,還是"中"了入去添好運嘆番一盅兩件。菠蘿叉燒包是我在添好運的至愛:蝦餃都ok,都算皮薄餡靚:鳳爪排骨飯只能説普通啦:千萬千萬要記住這碟咸水角:其實之前已吃過,嗰皮又厚又硬超少餡,超級唔掂,彭主席好鍾意食咸水角,所以唔記得今次又點了,結果第二次居然能"保持水準",同樣是又厚又硬超少餡,真的不想再給第三次機會了!撇除那碟又再中伏的咸水角,我是幾喜歡這種即叫即蒸點心小店的,尤其這種寒風颯颯的天氣,在溫暖的室內嘆番一盎兩件,很老人家的喜好,但我喜歡。
