食brunch,人均消費五百蚊, 絕對唔平,但係好食。 裝修好靚,open kitchen,仲會聞到烤肉嘅味道。 Brunch 嘅價錢係每位$388,四個頭盤可以share 。water melon, cucumber salad, house cured salmon gravlax, black eyed peas。main course 每人揀一個. 我同朋友都係選擇S&B smoked meat( brisket, pulled port, ribs) , 最後有兩個甜品share, ice cream (banana rum caramel, walnut crumble) 和summer peach cobble (almond crumble ,vanilla cream) ,再叫咗杯啤酒 。四個頭盤都好正, 樣樣都可以試d,我鍾意食個西瓜配紅石榴沙律,溫度剛好,唔會凍到牙痺,個汁做得幾開胃, 配上紅石榴嘅酸甜感, 加上粒粒咬開嚟,爆開嘅水潤感,正。其次係個腌三文魚,都好正。呢間係食美式燒烤煙燻肉,當然要簡S&B smoked meat。 網上都有好多負評,但係我覺得唔

呢間係食美式燒烤煙燻肉,當然要簡S&B smoked meat。 網上都有好多負評,但係我覺得唔係咁差呀 。 食到煙燻味,肉質唔 dry,本身個汁唔係咁喧賓奪主,佢仲有四種汁可以自己加。我自己比較鍾意signature 。
唯一comment係佢嘅pickle 可唔可以畀多幾條? 可以中和一下食咁多肉嘅肥膩感。而且pickle真係好開胃,好想食多幾個。
兩個甜品都正常。呢餐冇得挑剔除咗佢個價錢係比較昂貴之外。佢啲烤肉好惹味,即使我本身唔係meat lover,我都食得曬,會再encore。
