Restaurant: La Parole

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和女朋友慶祝生日,唔想食啲太普通既日菜韓菜,想特別少少食下有氣氛情調既外國茶,搵左一輸餐廳,發現在上環柏廷坊內有間法國餐廳叫La Parole而且係一間社企,感覺可以同女朋友慶生之餘也可以做到善事,呢頓飯即時變得有意義~準時上到餐廳,內裏顯得有點暗,但呢種才叫情調吧。因為已經踏入12月,所以內裏也有不少聖誕布置,增添氣氛。在餐廳內可以見到有外國藉(法國?)的職員做Servers,感覺專業~點了一個六道菜既Discovery Menu,Server話係是日廚師推介,絕對啱食,而且有兩杯香檳送,最啱慶生。開頭會有麵包及凍湯開開你個胃,麵包當然非一般啦,當中有龍眼乾包,有點硬,但也很美味。六道菜之首:兩隻生蠔,生蠔很好味,很鮮甜,連平時很少食生蠔的我,也覺得不錯,兩隻蠔冇記錯係品種不同的,個人覺得右邊的更好味些。六道菜之二:雜菌松露忌廉湯,呢個湯超好飲,我強烈推介。上菜時Server首先會放低隻碟,內裏有未有放湯的材料,跟手就會拿起一個茶壺為你注滿濃濃的湯,湯混合了材了,很香,而且帶點點Creamy,很好飲。六道菜之三:香煎鵝肝,之前睇OPENRICE食評都知呢道菜超讚,一食果然係不得了,很

六道菜之三:香煎鵝肝,之前睇OPENRICE食評都知呢道菜超讚,一食果然係不得了,很香口。但除鵝肝很好食之外,我和女朋友也很欣賞佢個賣相,像花開富貴般,而那綠色的醬配上鵝肝食也很好味,一問之下原來是牛油果,很特別。

六道菜之四:鴨胸,平時食鴨胸可能都只係一片片,佢地呢道係厚切的上,所以要自己切開,味道OK既。比較特色係佢有啲好似冬蟲夏草型的配菜,食落味道其實係似薯仔,聽講係法國一啲出名既配菜。

六道菜之五:龍蝦魚雜燴(唔好意思唔記得左個正名),呢道菜有龍蝦,三文魚等。另外仲有南瓜蓉,配合個特別醬汁係幾惹味。

六道菜之六:甜品,賣相幾精美,最特別係馬卡龍裏面的是一夾住雪芭,食落口裏,感覺冰凍新鮮。

最後仲有Coffee or Tear 飲埋先走,女朋友大滿足。兩個六道菜Set加埋一大約$13XX元。每人六百零蚊可以食到美食之餘也可以做到善事,我會推介我的朋友黎試試。
Other Info. : 餐廳環境相對比較黑,要影到靚相的話就要用閃光燈,但一閃會唔會影響到別人就自己行量。 另外若果是慶生的話,可以係訂枱時講明,除了可以係甜品上寫上Happy Birthday外,Server更會點起煙花蠟燭,雖然大約只有5秒煙火,但有非常特別,生日者一定喜歡。
