To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期一, 晨早同友人出發, 大約11:00am到,一來平日啦, 二來算早, 所以唔使等位.店員好快手, 而且有禮貌, 落order同出食物都好快. 樽仔凍奶茶, 夠凍, 茶味甘香, 唔算好滑身, 飲到有d 渣. 價錢有點貴, 不過跟餐加價算合理.特登黎試呢個奶黃流沙西多士, 一黎到熱辣辣, 切開之前有點緊張. 點爆漿呢.奶黃流沙西多士, 一切開就流奶黃出黎, 視覺效果好好.咸香帶甜, 配西多士好好味, 不過好膩, 2個人食都緊緊食到, 而且熱食最正, 奶黃凍左少少就開始杰身.芝麻蝦多士,加左好多芝麻, 所以特別香口, 脆卜卜, 蝦膠彈牙爽口, 食到有粒粒蝦肉增加咬口.用心之作, 唔係hea做. 分量夠, 而且早餐set抵食.XO醬炒銀針粉, 友人話多人讚要試, 好夠獲氣, 好香噴噴.xo醬少少辣好惹味. 銀針粉冇糊冇爛, 炒得岩岩好.見點心都好吸引, 但太full啦, 下次再試.
