To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為阿仔對呢間餐廳冇乜興趣,今天趁阿仔唔同我哋食午餐,於是再前來試試。這餐廳平日有很多款色的午市套餐,包括炒金邊粉、焗飯、船麵、石頭鍋飯等等,今天我們叫了:🌼 泰式金不換炒金邊粉味道就一般般,蝦有三隻,都彈牙,金邊粉炒得未夠均勻🌼 泰式烤豬肉溫泉蛋石鍋飯除了幾塊烤豬肉外,石鍋飯鋪滿配菜:白蘿蔔粒、紅蘿蔔粒、蔥花、生芽菜、炸豬皮,都算豐富;醬料有兩款,一款是帶甜的洋蔥豉油、另一款是帶辣的青辣汁,兩者都好開胃,可惜所有配菜包括豬肉都是冷冷的,或微暖,石頭鍋可以再熱啲,飯只是暖暖,送到來時已沒有發出應有的‘痴痴’聲了,溫泉蛋更是熟蛋😑難怪阿仔唔鍾意同我哋嚟依間食啦!
