To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見有新開餐廳,於是去試食一下,原以為是食韓國菜的,不過單看餐牌,西餐比韓菜的選擇更多,最終一行四人,點了一個素菜煎餅,韓式炸雞,人蔘雞,牛肉石鍋飯,辣炒年糕。石鍋飯跟人蔘雞還是可以的,不過炸雞就超一般,如果唔係睇住個樣,都以為自己食緊豬腸粉,辣炒年糕似上海菜多過韓國菜,素菜煎餅煎到燶曬都拎出嚟比客食。加上點菜落單個侍應超無禮貌,好似我地落單叫菜係阻住佢咁,連基本禮貌都欠缺。整體嚟講,如果好想試都可以一試,不過最好預左會嬲住出離,除非你對韓食無要求及對服務質素無咩要求。不過我就唔會再去。
