To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過奧海城就來品嚐一下香港人飲茶的文化當然食返此店出名的酥皮焗叉燒包啦,已經沒有以前的熱辣辣一口脆博博的感覺了。但是也ok . 杞子燒賣,略嫌食豬肉.沒有什麼特別好食感覺。叉燒蒸腸粉,這個就感覺腸粉,口感一咬入口,可口蘿蔔糕得一舊粉咁,不好吃
