To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依間係最近行開先發覺開左間新既, 不過係譚仔五係三哥, 一路都係食開三哥係幾好食, 諗住譚仔都係差不多.但係原來差好多.1. 價錢比三哥平少少, 不過份量細d , 米線好似淋得濟.五係甘得2. 蒜泥白肉完全五得, 三哥係一塊塊的撈均才上碟, 但係依度係十塊黏住跟住淋d汁上去, 完全無味, 差3. 湯底好淡, 完全食五到個湯底味, 叫了小辣只係得辣味無肉湯既味, 差4. 土匪雞翼就同三哥一樣甘好食, 得5. 酸菜, 腐皮, 木耳, 腩肉一般下次都係食番三哥好了
