To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日到到飲茶都多人,打去百樂潮州竟然可以即日訂位,見之前食過好味,即刻🔨韮菜粿:都幾香口,不錯潮州粉果:餡好夠味,皮厚薄適中叉燒腸:不錯鳯爪:正常腐皮卷:麻麻地,冇乜餡,但都算炸得ok,不會油淋淋。蘿蔔粒:好粉。燒賣:好味,好爽。叉燒包:我冇食,見個様都ok。鹹水角:正常整體味道ok, 但上次的味道更勝一籌
