To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到左一星期食好嘢嘅時候啦,返左咁耐工一定要食返餐好對待自己,今次就想去台灣一轉所以就想試吓台灣野,知道新蒲崗有一間食台式便當好出名就去試吓,地理位置都好方便行5分鐘至10分鐘就到啦,餐牌嘅款式都好多種而我選擇嘅套餐係台式滷雞扒便當,加珍珠奶茶,先講便當配料好多有粟米同沙律菜加上台灣米非常之配合,以雞扒方面煮得好入味顏色唔會過分深色,味道方面好有口感,應該用咗好長嘅時間去進行醃製,呢方面值加分用心製作,而且便當方面亦都好有心思好似真係返學嗰啲便當咁好有親切咁,飲品方面有我最愛嘅珍珠奶茶,奶茶嘅味道唔會偏甜珍珠亦都好友大牙,彷彿去了台灣一樣,而且便當嘅價錢亦都好合理,加上款式有好多,下次一定會試其他便當套餐。
