To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日下午上課前來試試這裡的餃子是否真的像其他食家所講咁好吃. 叫了茴香豬肉餃子麵, 但大嬸說沒有, 所以叫了蕃薯苗豬肉餃子麵. 等了一陣才有得吃, 應該是即時灼熟的, 有五隻, 咬下去, 餃子皮厚薄適中, 有肉汁, 但味道偏鹹, 裡頭豬肉份量不少, 蕃薯苗沒有葉, 只有菜"框"! 碗湯也只是味精湯, 飲完極口渴果種! 平平地食都ok既!
