今日朋友帶左我去一間旺角樓上鋪嘅一間高質素日本餐一坐低見到佢嘅獎項我就知呢間食店質素一定有返咁上下我哋叫咗幾樣牛肉嘅串燒,燒得啱啱好唔會太熟,每一啖咬落去都有肉汁,牛味濃郁我哋都叫咗一啲壽司,全部都非常新鮮,魚生食入口嘅溫度「唔會太凍」,去過日本嘅朋友都知道當地嘅壽司嘅魚生,溫度係冇香港咁凍嘅,因為佢哋係非常新鮮,由碼頭即買即日送到食店,所以就唔需要「過分冷藏」,我食得出佢依度嘅魚生真係日本直送元貝非常鮮味,加上師傅落咗少少牛油去燒,令到元貝個味道更豐富更香,非常鮮甜,必食蟹膏鮮味濃郁,搽上香脆嘅多士上面一齊食,非常野味,用嚟送酒冇得頂依間鋪頭嘅嘢食真係非常新鮮,雖然價錢唔平,但係唔使去日本都食到日本嘅嗰種「鮮」一個字「值」
