看到有人說了這裡改了菜單,變成了有點像廚師發辦的感覺,不過價錢不算貴,而且款式挺多的,而且套餐外還可以加點刺身串燒等,性價比不錯!長板12旬彩席間料理(12品)(468元/位)前菜分別有鮮嫩的海膽豆腐,爽滑的磯煮鮑魚和濃香的醬魚,整體開胃。然後是刺身,分別有八爪魚和象拔蚌,前者很有彈性但又很嫩滑,後者非常鮮甜!接著還是刺身,分別是北海道海膽配白蝦和油甘魚刺身。海膽和白蝦都非常新鮮,味道鮮甜,接近入口即化的口感。油甘魚刺身配上蔥絲和洋蔥一起,味道更清爽。之後的看似是一道甜品,但其他不是!分別是加了魚的蛋卷,吃起來感覺像吃蛋糕的感覺,挺特別的。另一個就是最中內放上了吞拿魚蓉和三文魚籽進去,一口吃下去味道鮮甜,入口爆汁!接著是開始熱食了,一開始就是魚子鵝肝蒸蛋,鵝肝經過煎香,入口即化,油香口感,配上嫩嫩的蒸蛋。然後是日式燒豆腐串燒,剛剛燒好,外脆內嫩的,裡面非常熱,有豆香,加上木魚碎和蔥花來調味。之後是燒油甘魚鮫,魚鮫非常肥美,吃起來入口即化,帶有濃濃的油甘魚香,配上酸汁解膩。接著是天婦羅,分別有南瓜和帶子。個人喜歡南瓜多一點,因為又香又甜的!帶子炸到五成熟,味道挺嫩,但又有質感。跟著是燒北寄貝,味道超鮮甜,口感又嫩又彈,連湯都一起喝掉!還有就是炒飯和湯了,炒飯用上日本和牛去炒,所以油香特別足,而且挺有鑊氣的,蛋香也挺足,還有黑松露香。湯是鯛魚湯,裡面還有鯛魚片和大蜆,魚味突出,味道鮮甜!最後就是甜品了,分別有水蜜桃蛋卷,西瓜和百香果梳打,水蜜桃蛋卷挺有驚喜的,吃起來還有果肉! continue reading
