To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久不久就想食呢間米線，每次都食‘小鍋米線’因為佢配料多，唔係好食得辣呢就揀‘微辣’。今次揀豬軟骨加魚肉春卷。豬軟骨好入味而且唔‘鞋’口，啖啖肉，正呀！魚肉春卷同南記嘅好唔同，可能唔係一條長長嘅，唔係好食得出魚肉但個腐皮好好味。佢哋嘅服務都唔係差嘅。要提提嘅係，想飲荳漿呢，只有星期一、三、五先有得供應㗎！
