三多炸雞髀係我愛嘅雞髀,每次入大埔都必食。三十幾蚊大大隻,仲要外皮炸到金黃色,勁香勁脆,最重要係炸完唔會破壞到雞肉組織,肉質依然嫩滑,保留到雞肉汁,每次黎都起碼食兩隻先走。不過今日呢隻好似比之前差咗少少,雞髀冇之前咁大隻,起碼細咗一個碼。而且外皮炸到頗為乾身,不過好彩裡面肉質都keep到嫩滑。希望今次只係一時失手,下次再黎期待食返之前咁高質。順帶一提,呢到有辣粉提供, 沈少少上雞髀面會變得超級惹味。
