一個星期內我兩度嚟深水埗這間「池家人煲仔飯專門店」,可見佢哋嘅出品有啲吸引力。首次幫襯喺閒日下午九唔搭八時段,內有唔少空位,單人匹馬唔駛排隊直入,食咗個水準極高嘅臘味煲仔飯,料有切開成片狀嘅臘腸、膶腸、臘肉同一小舊臘鴨,份量唔多唔少但收$58算合理,而且飯粒粒分明夠油香,飯焦呈塊狀恰到好處。第二次周五晚去到就人山人海,同朋友二人就排咗近一粒鐘先入到座,然後order後亦等咗25至30分鐘先食到煲仔飯。呢晚食咗$88嘅黃鱔煲仔飯,黃鱔用香港常見粗大嗰種,同台山黃鱔飯用的幼身兼去咗骨嘅黃鱔唔同。鱔肉質地緊緻且味道唔錯,但就要識吐骨頭,至於豆豉等調味OK,唔會太鹹。不過,呢度嘅黃鱔飯冇落葱,顏色同香味差咗啲,飯焦亦冇乜。這或許同魚類煲仔飯不宜焗太耐有關,睇嚟想食多飯焦嘅煲仔飯,都係要選臘味排骨類多油分又襟煲嘅配料好啲。總體而言呢間店嘅煲仔飯係好食嘅,但就要避免喺晚飯黃金時段嚟。看店名英文寫hotpot rice,想笑,因為我唔係想食打邊爐,正確煲仔飯嘅英文應該喺claypot rice囉😌。

看店名英文寫hotpot rice,想笑,因為我唔係想食打邊爐,正確煲仔飯嘅英文應該喺claypot rice囉😌。
