To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Menu提供左呢六個starters for sharing,但係份量同質素一D都唔馬虎,有多士、沙律、海鮮、牛肉、豬肉🥰
Short ribs同pork cheek都已經係可以做main嘅level,令人相當滿足嘅前菜🤤

🍀💬個人鍾意Bacalhau Pate同埋Pork Cheek😍
Bacalhau Pate好似吞拿魚+沙律醬on toast,不過個人好鍾意吞拿魚+沙律醬,所以好鍾意呢個😛
Pork Cheek睇落真係成個main咁,D肉又腍,好好食🤤

葡式烤乳豬🐷,皮脆、有小小脂肪,咬落去帶小小油香🤤
有四大舊,兩個人share岩岩好!
個人認為係menu上面必點嘅main course☺️

❥ Arroz de Pato (Oven baked duck rice, chouriço & bacon)
個飯就咁睇好似好dry🤔個面又淨係得4塊bacon
但其實內有乾坤🤤
個飯用鴨肉鋪底,而且份量一D都唔孤寒,接近每一啖飯都可以食得到鴨肉😍
重點個面係脆🤩🤩🤩
唯一美中不足係個飯主要係鹹味,差左小小鴨油香🥲

葡國菜點可以唔食葡撻呢🤣葡撻過左陣都仲係熱辣辣,味道幾好,但係感覺KFC嘅葡撻都係差唔多味道🤫
如果個size可以大個D就好了🤭
