To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友唔打唔撞去左呢間食素食既印度菜餐廳，一入到去香料味都好重，望落仲好地道。無咩好靚既裝修，簡簡單單更令人想試😝 呢間印度餐廳都好傳統，不論係客人定係服務員主要都係東南亞印度人，不過好好彩佢嘅餐牌係有中文字嘅佢既肉類主要係以芝士取代，每一碟咖哩既芝士份量都唔少，唔知肥唔肥呢🙈🙈芝士波菜呢個好得意！！食落係波菜汁配芝士球，波菜汁好甜同埋好濃，好似一個甜甜地既咖哩咁，配薄餅好正！蕃茄牛油燴芝士球特式燴薯球兩款既醬料味道有D似，都係酸酸地但個人來講覺得偏甜，唔夠辣😝！不過就咁相比之下，個人更喜歡燴薯球～始終薯仔同咖喱都好夾❕Cheese Masala Dosa 呢個Dosa餅有驚喜，有碗蔬菜咖哩湯、椰子酸辣醬、番茄洋蔥醬三款傳統醬料，餅入面夾左薯仔，芝士味雖然唔多，但薯仔好香😍😍
