好友團年飯,就腳之下揀了到旺角食,友人上網搵了一間西式泰國菜,回想大家都好耐冇一齊食泰國野,一於試下,thank田會長book位呀。 餐廳位於The FOREST一樓,門面的草牆令人注目。 店子的環境頗大,樓底高有空間感,天藍色的牆身,周圍有翠綠的花花草草及小盆栽作佈置,猶如置身泰國的叢林,充滿大自然之感,令我們4人不禁想起了蘇梅,環境確係有少許似,之後不停說起蘇梅之旅的趣事了(初步相信可以講足10年XD)。 Menu,新派泰菜。 蝶豆花椰子奶蓋,$42,蝶豆花入饌都玩左好幾年,但依然比隻色吸引,加上又想飲椰子奶蓋,質感唔算好稠身,味道偏淡。 三色冰奶蓋,$48,上層是泰國棉花糖,試左點,椰味偏淡。 冬蔭功梳打,38,友人的,好新奇的飲品,試左點,面層有少許辣椒粉,味道有少許辣。 白冬蔭公‧南薑椰奶雞湯,$148,白冬蔭公,第一次試,同傳統的冬蔭公湯味道差不多,但椰香味較濃,酸辣味平衡,質感順滑,幾好味呀。 天多尼烤雞‧斑蘭青咖喱,$108,斑蘭青咖喱,顏色翠綠,入口有淡淡的香氣,椰汁味濃香,辣味比較溫和,幾好味,好大件雞扒,香口惹味,還有茄子及洋蔥,都
