To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 隔咗幾個月無出文寫曲奇喇，不過，再出就寫番篇好嘢先，就喺好友所送Habitu嘅聖誕曲奇，好嘢在於原來喺由城中名模Amanda Strang設計同監製，名為「Rudolph’s Biscuits」嘅紅莓朱古力榛子曲奇。一身銀光閃閃嘅包裝盒，設計簡潔，卻幾搶眼，送禮絕唔怕失禮，而盒旁更有 Amanda對聖誕嘅分享。打開包裝盒，一盒有12片，每片均獨立包裝，予人衛生之感，而且，鋪滿紙碎在其中，減少碰撞整碎曲奇嘅機會，讓客人享用到每片完整嘅曲奇。紅莓朱古力榛子曲奇色澤偏深，厚薄度啱啱好，咬落鬆脆，而且，好有榛子香味，此外，睇佢表面就知料足無欺場，曲奇混有好多紅莓乾及可可碎豆，的確好食。連續食咗幾塊，不可以不讚佢製作認真，幾片嘅大小、厚薄均一。聖誕節喺普天同慶嘅日子，多謝好友送我一盒如此好食嘅曲奇，為小弟提早慶祝聖誕節。如果未諗聖誕送咩俾好朋友好，不妨考慮吓呢款曲奇！
