To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾個月無見班朋友，看見團購的BBQ 自助餐，遂相約大吃大喝去也。天氣唔太好，訂了窗旁的桌子，看着外面的景色，喝着各自選擇的飲品，心情驟然放鬆下來。跟一般的自助餐略有不同，除頭盤和甜品自己到外面取用外，BBQ 用餐點形式，吃起來比較舒服。食物種類也很多，大蝦、三文魚、青口、帶子、牛柳、羊扒等等數拾款，食材水準高。團購COUPON 於星期六日加收 $40，但送上火熖雪糕，好玩之餘亦幾好食。服務亦跟得貼，酒類、果汁無須通知亦自行添加，感覺得舒服。有機會的話，還是值得幫襯的。
