To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 侍應說想吃多肉就要頭,想食實淨一點就要尾,最後選了魚頭部份;龍脷魚非常大條,外形成扁平狀,有啲似我們的舌頭,所以一般人多數叫它龍脷、方脷,撻沙等;龍脷肉質細嫩、鮮甜、營養豐富,但味道比較清淡,如喜歡濃味一點,可選擇加少許豆瓣醬來提鮮。

福果芋泥~$60
芋泥很容易炒焦,因要不停手地翻炒,炒得稍慢就會黏底,所以很少人會在家自己做,要食就出街食吧;很喜歡那陣芋頭香味,芋頭炒至微爛,質地軟滑夠粉,再加入少量福果,口感更佳;四個人每人分少少吃剛剛好。
