由2009年開始連續多年獲得米芝蓮一星榮譽的「六福菜館」,憑藉新鮮海產及獨特的烹調手法,贏得一衆食家的喜愛。而難得多年未見的好友相約食飯,當然要食好啲,選擇這間也是因為對這裏有信心,食過多次從來沒有失過手;食店樓高三層,由左邊鐵門可直達每一層,今次我們選擇了在比較清靜的三樓。首先上場的前菜,是三合一的菜式,包括:帶微酸辣的「芥末鮮雲耳」及鮮甜爽脆的「涼拌四季豆」,最喜歡是外層炸得香脆,中間綿滑雪白的「椒鹽脆豆腐」,非常好吃。用上昂貴的東星斑來製作的「金湯魚蓉羹」,魚肉肥美鮮嫩,份量也非常多;湯底中加入蛋白及紅蘿蔔,令味道及層次更添滋味,口感更佳;據說東星斑的營養非常豐富,同時帶有滋肝補腎的食療功效,也令東星斑一躍成為最高級的食材之一。薑蔥炒蟶子煎米粉~大大隻的蟶子皇,肉質鮮甜、爽嫩又肥美,採用惹味的薑蔥清炒,真係無得輸;煲底還配上香脆的煎米粉,米粉在煲內吸盡了所有精華後,特別覺得好食。椒鹽鮑魚~六福製作的椒鹽鮑魚,遠近馳名,當然是必點菜式之一;今次採用了南非三頭鮑魚,真是超級大隻,外層炸得金黃香脆,肉質煙韌爽彈,值得用刀叉慢慢品嚐;真不愧為招牌菜,味道非常出色,值得一試。這味「豉油王龍

這味「豉油王龍蝦炒球兩食」也是其中一道值得推介的菜式,採用足足有三斤重的大龍蝦,拆肉起球後再油爆,新鮮熱辣,肉質鮮甜爽彈,美味非常。

兩食的第二味是「龍蝦頭爪折肉泡飯」,先把龍蝦頭拆肉,再加入上湯製作成泡飯,食用時加入適量脆米,不但有效增加了香脆的口感,也令鮮甜的味道更上一層樓,滋味更好。

這裏的名物「豉油王炒麵」,又怎能放過?麵條炒得非常乾身,食落不會太油膩,加上落了不少白芝麻,更加香口,忍不住吃了滿滿的一大碗。

最後的甜品是好有泰國風味的「泰式椰汁西米糕」,味道清甜,食落不會過硬;輕輕鬆鬆便把它吃掉,很是不錯。
