To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢次終於比我同事叻翻次,可能同事知道我對佢之前D推介都頗有微言,哈哈,今次佢介紹呢間葡國菜絕對一雪前恥呀!話說小編今日早上心情極度不佳(當然系一個超級極度懶惰既XX惹我非常不滿又極度失望),算,唔好講呢D衰野,最開心系我同事兼我老細啦見我唔開心就提議今日食好D WOR, 話渠之前食過既一間葡國菜勁好味WOR,當然,一日被蛇咬十年怕草繩既我梗系唔會信足佢十成啦,始終之前既黑歷史實在令我難忘,但又聽到另一個老細兼同事同我講話呢間野堅得WOR, 好啦,一於去試試啦。心念如果唔得既就之後去買千両翻公司食LOR最多!間餐廳O系雲咸街好多酒吧附近,由蘭桂坊行上去都幾系野,建議大家走遠D搭半山扶手電梯去到大館條街落靠左向前行會舒服好多,渠EXACTLY就O系中環舊警署對面一座大廈2樓,中午既陽光照拂著,真係好寫意好CHILL,午市MENU好多選擇,有選擇困難症既人要特別注意。對於小編黎講當然唔難選擇既,只有海鮮和魚適合我,佢地分3 COURSE 和4 COURSE呢兩款,3 COURSE即係前菜,主菜和甜品,4 COURSE有小食,前菜,主菜和甜品,小編一向唔喜歡西式甜品所以就問可否要3 COURS

小編選擇鱈魚球小食,前菜系煙三文魚黎麥沙律,主菜就要左個葡萄牙海鮮飯,同事A要西冷牛扒,同事B和C都係食馬介休, 小編最最最欣賞就系個炸鱈魚球小食,魚和薯仔分量系一半一半所以魚味都好重但又食到薯仔味道,炸得唔油膩,好好味道,同事兼BOSS話我知佢話呢度小食如果夜晚食要30元一粒,我有兩粒鱈魚球都只係加30元都真係好抵食反正我又唔喜歡甜品。反而個葡萄牙海鮮飯我一般最終同左老細交換碟主菜,個馬介休整得唔錯,系切一條條非常幼絲和都係幼絲既薯仔撈埋一切捏成一個餅既形狀再放入炸窩炸,真心正!另外同事A既西冷都唔錯但略顯熟左D雖然已經叫MEDIUM啦,但關乎系OVERCOOKED少少。另外不得不提係呢度既服務,唔係極度殷勤,反而係隨意D但仍然保持FRIENDLY和專業既,好喜歡甘樣既態度,太假太做狀既令我非常唔自在,個女經理系外籍人士,雖然要用英文溝通但睇得出同埋感受到佢好FRIENDLY好細心,大家都好開心,臨走前大家都食得非常暢快,黎個BIG SMILE FAREWELL比大家,呢餐最開心系老細請食飯! WAKAKA! 今次終於威翻次啦我同事。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。喀喀喀喀喀喀喀喀喀喀
