放假約了家人在吃個串燒,得知這裏開了一間新開的串燒店,便提早過來吃晚餐,再逛逛元朗。甫坐下,店員先端上一碗熱湯。蜂蜜綠茶($20),甜蜂蜜綠茶配辣串燒,可解辣。蒜蓉燒蠔($36),蠔的頂層蓋滿蒜蓉,增加燒蠔的惹味度。什菌燒蠔($36),菇類多,蓋滿燒蠔,爽滑的菇與滑蠔帶出兩種不同的口感。白汁芝士燒蠔($36),白汁芝士完全蓋滿燒蠔,適合芝士愛好者。蟶子皇(兩隻)($120),新鮮爽口,燒過後仍不失其鮮甜和多汁,反而更加惹味,是必點的海鮮。蒜蓉燒茄子(原條)($40),是招牌食物之一。個人比較喜歡原條,頂層蓋滿蒜蓉和少量辣粉,燒過後的原條茄子,茄子肉呈拉絲狀,有點像吃拉絲芝士。拌蒜蓉吃非常香口,茄子香滑又如拉絲。𨞧座也點了這款。牛油金菇包($40),以錫紙包着金菇,牛油滿蓋每一條金菇。新鮮的金菇爽口。熱吃能嚐到非常香郁的牛油味。看到𨞧座也點了這款食物,可見其甚受觀迎。黑松露什菇墨西哥薄餅($52),帶着微微的黑松露味,香脆的墨西哥薄餅夾滿什菇,是飽肚之選。泰式炸蝦餅(4件)($60),蝦肉量多,炸得鬆脆。把香熱的蝦餅蘸上泰式甜酸醬,會吃得更惹味。黑松露菌蝦多士(4件)($68),蝦多士要
