To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友嚟到中環，喺中環街市附近找到了呢間"瘋狂小面”。點咗一個A+B+C+D的“瘋狂肥腸面套餐”，內有“瘋狂肥腸面”白湯 +加配煎蛋，飲品係“烏梅汁”，小食就係“ 泡椒鳯爪”，甜品當然係“成都老冰粉”啦；另一個簡單啲，只是A+B的“瘋狂大排面套餐”，內有“瘋狂大排面”白湯 +加配豬肚， 飲品就係“羅漢果冬瓜茶”。而最好的做法就係將啲材料溝來食，咁每人都有一個豐富的小麵，肥腸入味不肥膩，泡椒鳳爪够辣够爽，食得很過癮，加配的煎蛋好大件，索晒d湯汁另有一種風味，豬肚够腍够味，一切都很好，冰粉材料多多，冰粉透明得來冰爽又美味👍
