To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

波士頓壽司：芝士味香而濃，咬下去有淡淡芝士清新的味道，感覺並不肥膩。三文魚軍艦三味：味道普通，三食也沒有什麼分別。三文魚刺身：四件肥美的三文魚，甘香冰凍。咬下去好有口感，三文魚很肥且滑。軟殼蟹手卷：軟殼蟹炸得脆身，但沒有什麼味道。芝菜也脆綠，包著飯，很好味。蟹子沙律小食：好吃，份量少。材料切得很小，但有口感。而青瓜絲很清新，沙律夠冰凍，易入口。但份量偏小，不夠吃。
