To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中环的大陆人都去过这家了吧。在香港如果你要把餐厅开在非商业楼内，就只能是会员私厨。所以小面才会要求你每次点单的时候都留一个“会员”信息。店面在中环就不算是小的了。我们试了拌面和五花肉汤面。都很好吃。量不大，尤其是拌面。加钱加了夫妻肺片和棒棒鸡，味道不错。冰粉好吃。吃了满嘴火辣之后吃一口冰粉，还是很爽口的。有不辣的面。
