To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫左兩個菜，一個喇沙湯海鮮擔擔麵，一個海南雞飯，兩樣菜都十分有驚喜，係我食過咁多素食店最合我口味，尤其個擔擔面個湯底好緊要，但都整得好好味，海南雞飯配既香姑湯食落都唔覺有味精味，口感唔濃唔淡，對我黎講整體都係水準之上～～餐前咁岩有焗好左既曲奇比我地試味，也十分好味！！！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻感謝香港有愈來愈多素食餐廳，推廣素食比香港市民，如果素可以代替到肉既口味，點解仲要食肉呢！！！快d 黎試下～～～～～～～～～～～～～～
