To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

吃過很多次，米線湯底真的好，尤其麻辣不會令人失望，麻和辣皆出色，相信吃到特辣的人不多，我自己也吃到，但的確絶不簡單，怕傷胃。雞翼夠大隻入味，蒜泥白肉豉汁夠甜，但真的十分蒜，味道歷久不散，但真的好吃。紅油系列亦不錯。推介大家去試。二五晚拉麵貴十蚊碗，但的確可以叫佢拉唔同款，又夠彈牙，值得啦。只是試過阿姐整得唔夠熟，但硬。
