To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如果食上海菜,我地一定去食家傳戶曉,菜式選擇好多,仲要好好味,咁多年食開都系咁好,冇變過,今天我地又來食,都系冇令我地失望。黑醋餚肉,做工精細,擺盤都幾靚,一邊系黑醋啫喱,入口即化,另一邊則好有咬頭,呢款涼菜系百食不厭。黑醋松子魚,真的用左非常多的黑醋,重口味,但不會太咸,上海口味好出色,十分香口,魚炸得恰到好處,魚肉質都系咁鮮嫰。金銀蛋咸肉炒飯,主食大大碟,有大大粒蝦仁,米飯炒得夠乾爽,不過咸左少少。
