To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢個都係my飛佛! 餚肉配浙醋,陣鹹鮮味係最好食架! 呢度既餚肉最唔同既係唔會死實實,咬落口有彈牙口感,證明肉質好嫩,好好味!


食完冷盤,即係想食返d暖既點心,南翔小籠包當然必食啦,叫左半打!

main course黎啦! 炸到鬆化既黃魚,廚師好貼心咁切開一塊塊! 黃魚皮脆肉嫩,入口即溶! 不過個重點係個汁,果陣酸甜味,真係聞到已經流口水! 又唔係咕嚕汁,又唔係五柳汁,係一種上海菜傳統既甜酸味! 係呢種味啦,好傳統,但就係想食呢種味道!

最後點都要叫返個菜啦! 火腿津白又點可以唔試呢? 傳統飯店食到既,就真係最經典既味道! 淋甜既津白,配上鹹香既雲腿,夾埋一齊食, 淋甜鹹鮮都有齊,好食!

我點左最愛既高麗豆沙! 面皮炸得好鬆軟, 入面既豆沙比外面既多好多多,而且唔會好甜! 正...如果面再多d糖就正!


經典既上海菜,就真係係傳統既菜館食先好味! 下次都要再食過!yeah!
