To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和媽媽太太來吃冬至的午餐,負責帶位的一面冷漠,這級數的館子少見,幸好其餘的待應,無論下單送菜添茶的都主動有禮。點了烤麩,海參鱔糊,紅腐乳燜肋排,咸肉菜飯,高力豆沙香蕉。上海菜就是濃油赤醬,這兒比較温和,老人家也合口味,尤其喜歡鱔糊,以前上海館子吃客飯常有的款式。埋單近千元,不便宜,但水準對得起價錢。
